Today, there was a Ūkio bankas stock split. Portfolios, that had this stock, were adjusted with 12:1 split ratio. Only amount prior to the split was adjusted.
If there is still somebody, who thinks that his/her portfolio was not adjusted properly, let us know as soon as possible!

Good news for those using the right web-browser. Market browsing and security selection have been made more user-friendly. Now you can click on any entry to "mark it" while browsing the rest of the market. This should help upon deciding which securities to go for. Some more "active-entry-highlighting" has been added in various places all over the game, thus allowing quicker information processing. Good luck!
p.s. Just a reminder. Move your mouse pointer over the ticker name in the security list and leave it for a while - underlying company name will appear. Be aware, that this feature might not work for IE

New year comes with good news. We are glad to see that average portfolio value is above 100000 EUR. The end of the game is still somewhat far in the future - but times goes by quickly! If you have not started to play the game earlier, this is about the right time get involved. Stay tuned for changes/improvements. Good luck!

The First Session of Investment Game 2006 will end at 19.00, on 24 of December. The Second Session will start at 8.00 on 3rd of January. The value of portfolios will NOT be zeroed.

We have enhanced the user interface. Now, in the "Put Order" interface, you will see full company's name next to the ticker. Also, in the "Browse security markets" interface, you can see the name of the company for which the ticker stands, if you move your mouse over the ticker name and leave for a while.

The Tallink Group (TAL1T) share now is available for purchase in IGame.
Tallink Group is Estonian ferry operator, which raised over 180 millions of euro in the offer and plans to put proceeds of the IPO towards repaying debts and financing new ferry purchase.
Citigroup Global Markets was sole bookrunner for the offering and Nordea Bank Finland, AS Suprema Securities and SEB Eesti Uhispank were co-managers.

During the last two weeks, number of players has almost doubled, hitting 1700. Number of orders has increased more than 100% - already 10000.
As from the technical side, now you can cancel the orders, which are in "WAITING" state.
Also, a security split took place lately in the real world. Those, having positions with the specific security - your portfolios will be adjusted as soon as possible.

We are happy to announce that within less than two weeks, we have already more than 1000 registered players. Also, more than 4600 orders have been processed of which more than half had been successfully executed. So, this year we can expect higher competition than ever, which, should make all of us better of.

We have received many comments from our players. So, we would like to address some of them.

1. Orders ARE updated every five minutes, still we cannot guarantee that your order will be EXECUTED within 5 minutes – it depends on situation in the market, time of day, when market is put and other factors. Also, during weekend and holidays orders are not EXECUTED due to the same reasons.

2. If somebody cannot log on to system, it might be due to the fact that so called “cookies” are not enabled. Check on that.

3. Once you register within the game, you confirm that you have got acquainted with the rules. In case, there are any problems with understanding any part of them, contact Ifund for more information

4. About advertisements. Investment Game is non-profit project – so, it is impossible to survive without ads.
